There would be no advantage to investing a huge amount of engineering time into a new 3D engine for Photoshop when Substance 3D Modeler and Painter already exist. They announced more than a year ago that 3D is being phased out of Photoshop, with the reasons why. The Photoshop team is part of a different group entirely. The 3D market is something Adobe is investing in heavily. Following that acquisition, the Adobe Dimension team and the new Substance (Allegorithmic) team merged to form the "3D and Immersive" org within Adobe. Allegorithmic was a market leader in the CGI and gaming industries through its "Substance" line of products, with a huge customer base among game devs and VFX artists. The Substance 3D Suite is a product line with a long history, based on technology originally created by Allegorithmic, a company Adobe acquired in 2019. Selecting a region changes the language and/or content on, I think you have a misconception about how development works, and Adobe's different product lines. This automatic numbering is helpful for keeping images in correct order and automatically importing them into tools to create videos. This is referred to as an image sequence.Įach frame of animation will use the file name chosen in the export settings, with a prefix appended numbering each frame. For animations, a folder will be automatically created and each frame of animation will be rendered as a new image and saved within the folder. Press the render button to begin rendering.Choose your export settings, such as format and save location.Choose which cameras you want to render (or the viewport camera will be used by default if no camera objects are added).The workflow for rendering remains the same. If your scene has any animated elements present, you will see additional render settings available. Just like still images, you can use render mode to create final outputs for animation.
